Dr. DelloRusso has 20+ years of experience in product, business and funding strategy of for- and non-profit ventures in healthcare and the life sciences, and currently works with startups to public companies.
Dr. DelloRusso has 20+ years of experience in strategy and operations of for- and non-profit ventures in healthcare and the life sciences. She currently leads Partnerships at Flashback Technologies, a startup that has developed ML-powered, noninvasive technology that provides early warning of patient deterioration. She is also a Venture Partner at LRV Health, a strategic healthcare venture capital firm based in Boston. Prior to her current work, Dr. DelloRusso was a Partner at Providence Ventures, the strategic venture capital arm of Providence St. Joseph Health, where she led the fund’s investments in Omada Health, Lyra Health and N-of-One. Prior to Providence she was the Managing Director of WINGS, a medical-technology angel investment group, and the VP of Commercialization for Life Science Washington, the state’s industry trade association. She has also been an independent grants consultant, Program Manager, postdoctoral researcher and business owner. She received her PhD in Physiology from the University of Michigan and completed postdoctoral studies at the University of Washington and Children’s Hospital Boston/Harvard Medical School.
